The COLUMBIAKids Team
Christina DuBois, Managing Editor of COLUMBIA Magazine, knew she wanted to be an editor from the moment this picture was taken. Okay, so maybe not exactly then, but she does a heck of a job as an editor now. To top it all off, she lives on an island and rides a Vespa to work!
Gwen Perkins, School Programs Specialist and educational web content wiz, loves quirky facts and figures. That's why she's the perfect editor for Homework Helper. You can ask her almost anything, except whether she believes in Sasquatch!
Kevin Hanken is a true-blue behind-the-scenes web guy who makes all of our web sites work. He also developed and maintains the Washington Women's History Consortium web site which is h-u-g-e.
Believe it or not, Maria Pascualy, Associate Editor of COLUMBIA Magazine and exhibit specialist extraordinare, still has that doll. She brought it with her to Washington all the way from her childhood home in Fresno, Tolima (Colombia). Now there's a real COLUMBIAKid!
Sharon Hultman, our spunky Web Designer, lends her expertise to both the main Washington State Historical Society web site and COLUMBIAKids. Although she's given up her cowgirl ways, she still loves watching rodeos and old Dale Evans movies.
Stephanie Lile, Head of Education and COLUMBIAKids Managing Editor, is a little bit taller now, but she still likes cushy pillows and paisley pants!
